Reservations
Reservations are made with a $500 deposit per week reserved. To keep costs low, payment is to be made via personal check for the deposit and certified funds for the balance. We also accept payments for a small fee via Zelle, Square and Venmo. Balances due no later than one month prior to arrival. Checks made payable/mailed to:

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, a $50/week reserved cancellation fee applies. If cancelled 30- 60 days prior to arrival, full deposit is lost. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, 40% of balance lost
Other fees and taxes:
There is a one time departure fee of $150 - 200 and wireless internet fees of $5/week reserved. Prices do not reflect these fees, nor do they reflect the 13% tourist tax fee
