Sandcastle North is a cozy 16 unit Gulf front complex beautifully maintained by its individual owners spearheaded by an active Board of Directors. Each unit is identical in its floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The grounds feature a heated pool, hot tub, poolside grills and a cabana with restrooms. Each unit has one assigned parking spot under the building and there are 8 perimeter spots (first come first served) around the building for a second car.
Located on Gulf Boulevard, there are several small conveniences located within walking distance. Directly across the street is Pajano's Pizzeria, a tackle shop, a small convenience store, an ice cream and candy store, nail salon, and beach shop for bicycle, kayak rentals. The Sunshine Trolley is a public transportation carrier that runs the length of the island for a small fare.
